A Gel that had been taken captive by the bandits and had been corrupted with a mixture created by Dasum's sword. Due to its raging, the bandits put it to sleep, making the beast block the East Forest exit to BellBrooke Town.
Due to its presence, the Zol (Gel) had taken over BellBrooke Forest to defend it's fallen.

Once the Mutated Zol has been defeated by Link, the Zol vanish from the Forest, in addition, s sample of the mutated Zol remains on the ground where Link had defeated it.

=Trivia=

*The mixture used on the Zol came from Dasum's Sword, which he had taken from one of the Light Temples, releasing a piece of Okari to roam the world upon escaping. With it he uses the remaining dark energy to brainwash his victims, however, when used on monsters, it does something different.
