Appearance Copy-Kat is female, but at random mimics the appearance of her late brother, his he was more intimidating among her former allies. Copy-Kat has pink eyes, regardless of who she turns into her eyes will remain pink always. She sports the colors black, white and pink and has black hair with her pigtails dyed White and Pink. She has Black boots and color striped socks which are black and pink in color. Copy-Kat is fairly short, but his very agile. She is able to maintain her abilities for a small amount of time before reverting back, the reason for this is because she uses her powers at will and never attempted to train herself on how to use her powers. Most of her enemies are fooled if they do not pay attention to the colors of her eyes.

Leigh Wagner, also known as Copy-Kat, was a Freedom Fighter turned Anti-Hero, after her twin brother had passed away, which drove her mad. She aligned herself with Butch and his new allies when one meta-human was killed by the Red Ghost. During this time, she wanted The Red Ghost to find her and she revealed that she could help them if they let her team up with them. Copy-Kat was responsible for speeding up the process of the hunt and termination of most Meta-Humans in the United Kingdom, even going as far as mimicking them to frame most Meta-Humans and or any enemy of Butch or The Establishment.

Copy-Kat was able to cause the death of most Freedom Fighters after helping Butch trap and gun down most of the members inside an abandon factory, which was a branch hideout to The Freedom Fighters. Copy-Kat was able to fight against Tina Castle and Marissa Clou before a grenade from the gunmen accidentally went off, causing Clou fall partially through the ground with rumble covering her, leaving Tina injured in the aftermath, causing the still able Tina to be captured and forced to surrender.

After Tina was interrogated and killed, Copy-Kat was able to reveal the location of the remaining Freedom Fighters, hoping her locality will help her rank up with her new found allies. This gave Butch and his men to move in and end it, along with the end of Sheer and The Red Ghost. Copy-Kat was also there fighting off her former allies, even taunting them by mimicking late members of the Freedom Fighters.

After Flo's death, Copy-Kat was tasked to find other Metas, those who are willing to join the new cause, and put an end to anyone who is against it.
