The League of future evil geniuses

Ivan met with the former students of Sarcosa (Walkner Vile, Eric Shaw), who joined Karvner, even claiming they had stolen one of Sarcosa’s many notebooks of ideas and they planned on keeping it for themselves, in addition, tricking Karvner that they had created something out of theory. Unlike the other students, Ivan was gifted and learned faster under Karvner’s watch and was moving up the ranks compared to his other peers. Ivan was happy that his accomplishments are taking him somewhere and wanted to help out his professor and his higher uppers, but this caused one of the people there to be jealous, this person’s named was Kanwell Darkosa. Kanwell was one of Karvner’s first students, this this student was like a surrogate son to him. Over the following months, mainly during the events happening in Chicago and Old Japan, Karvner had to go to a private meeting overseas during that time and left Kanwell in charge. Kanwell himself felt it was a good opportunity to get rid of Ivan for stealing his light. Karvner had mention to Ivan of Karvner’s enemies and how he would do everything in his power to stop them, in addition, he had Walkner and Eric with him to witness what he was about to do. Kanwell did not want to kill Ivan right away, so he went to a random island and had everyone go search for metallic debris, lying about such being on the island, then he had everyone return, as for Ivan, he was busy looking around still, unaware of emptiness on the island. Ivan was only 12 when he was abandon by his fellow students. He was strained on the island, which was located north of Haiti/Dominican republic and spent his time surviving off fresh water, fruit and vegetation that grew on the island and seafood meats such as crab, fish and other sea life that was catchable with a makeshift net and spare. At times he was able to hunt down these small deer like creatures as well. He remained sheltered away in a cave and put together a grass/leaf covering to cloth himself.

2 years of isolation (age 14)

After two years of being on the island, Ivan did in fact loose his mind, he was a bit smart, but was a bit primitive. One day, he saw a ship like vessel in the sky, plummeting down into the ocean and something fell off this vessel and landed on the other side of the island, after a bit of time traveling to the other side, Ivan saw that this object was a metal ball, which was in fact an escape pod. The door busted open and James and Jared were stuck inside. Ivan pulled them out and put these herbs on James’ face and on Jared’s. Jared woke up and startled Ivan; however, he was quick to befriend him. At this, Ivan ran off in hopes of Jared would follow him, leaving James to be nursed back to health with the herbs. Eventually, James catches up with Jared and Ivan and he befriended him as well. Ivan tells James about a beautiful woman on the island is punching and kicking trees, at this the 3 of them went to investigate and they found the hooded woman, who revealed herself to be Bianca, along with her dog, Trex.

Angering Bianca

Since she sees Jams as one of her rivals, and in her mind, she sees James as a threat, despite his risky heroic deeds, she taunts him and attempted to fight him, with Ivan telling her to stop, however, Ivan’s request was declined. James and Bianca eventually fought each other, with Bianca nearly beating James, she was stopped by Ivan once again, with Ivan jumping on her back and as if she was giving him a piggyback ride. Ivan eventually grabbed something else and this trigger Bianca to grab a hold of Ivan and throw him on the ground, she quickly proceeded to kneel down and put Ivan in a headlock, telling him to not do what he just did, but Ivan was unaware of what he did. Jared stopped Bianca by lightly shocking her arm wrappings, joking that metal and electricity are good and not so good when together. Bianca surrendered and told James and company why are they even here, to which James told her that he had escaped a Flight Vessel that was taken over by Karvner, hearing this, Ivan ran off into the island woodland areas. Bianca told them to go after their caveboy friend, for she had better things to do and she herself left the island via boat, when in truth, she came to the island after seeing the escape pod fall from the vessel, hiding the fact that she was investigating the area. James eventually found Ivan in a cave, as it began to rain James stayed in the cave with Ivan, as for Jared was at the cave entrance, laying on the ground outside as if he was sun bathing, but it there was a storm, however, Jared at times never made sense for his actions.

Making friends, changes

Ivan spoke to James and told him that Karvner is a bad man, but he did not know why he stayed, in addition, he told James that this island was good for him. James agreed with Ivan and Ivan was offered a chance to do good too. James had wanted to bring Ivan to an orphanage to prevent him from being alone. When Mia should up, Ivan took an interest in her quickly and was infatuated with her. James told his cousin to not be alarm, for the kid is having hormone issues and he told them to bring Ivan to an orphanage, however, Ivan said he wanted to stay, that he wanted to stay with Mia, with Mia joking why this caveboy wants to be with them, thus giving him the nickname Caveboy.

Over time, Ivan remained at Garret’s HQ and he kept toying around with the computers, this caught the attention of Corbin and Yecho, the pranksters from Team Ruby (Red Team). They were shocked that the boy was able to use computer, let alone hack into Corbin’s account, to which Yacho questioned Corbin’s password being password, embarrassing Corbin, in the end all of them laughed it out. Over a few more months, Miranda visited and hung out with members from Ruby Team and spotted Ivan around HQ, and introduced herself to him, to which Cave told her why she looks like a cat, in question and even joking if it makes her look hot and attractive, having a stupid grin on his face. Miranda asked around where they found this kid, to which Corbin, who was chugging down a pizza, told her James find the boy hiding away in a random cave, adding, everyone calls him caveboy the computer genius. Ivan told Miranda that he was sorry, however, Miranda did not care, she touched Ivan’s hair and told him he should go for a makeover, which she herself did personally.

Nu Look

Ivan changed up quickly over a couple of weeks, new clothes, gear and his face could be seen now that most of his hair was cut off. Despite being too smart for his own good, Miranda was able to get Ivan into a school, stating that Ivan is her distant cousin from Germany, which got Ivan in. Ivan even revealed his full name to Miranda and said to her caveboy is a nice codename, but he would like it if people called him Ivan instead. He also mentioned that he will try to act on the same level as the other kids in school. After a course of days, Miranda and Ivan were close to each other, like brother and sister, however, Miranda’s agenda is leans more towards crime fighting, so Ivan did not get to see her or the others as much, just barley over the weekend. One day on the subway, Ivan was messing around with a handheld device of his, and was able to control the closest subway doors. When the subway stopped, a hooded figure grabbed some woman’s purse and the man walked fast people, including Ivan. What Ivan managed to do was close the door on the man’s leg, preventing his escape. The man was crying out for help, giving police time to show up and arrest this thief. The woman managed to get her purse back, but was unaware of if the situation with the door was some random electrical problem. When she was outside waiting for a taxi, Ivan was sitting on a bench a few feet away from where the woman was standing, he hacked into her phone and texted her that he hacked the subway doors in order to stop the thief. The jittery business woman was shocked at the message, and Ivan texted her again to look to her left, and she looked, she saw Ivan sitting causally on a bench eating ice cream. The woman walked up to him and said thank you and she rewarded Ivan with a $200 dollar gift card to a Pizza and Burger diner, adding that her son is a college grad who did not have time to eat, stating he is always working out and his a vegetarian. Ivan accepted the card and told the woman thank you. The woman wanted to hug him, but ice’s face and his hands were covered in ice cream, so she awkwardly patted him on the back and took off to the nearest taxi. Ivan returned to HQ and showed everyone the gift card, which sparked Corbin and Yecho, who told Ivan if he is going to feed them this time. James was there and told Ivan what happened, and Ivan told them he stopped a thief with his hacking skills, making funny gestures as if he was typing on a computer. Mia, who was there also, took note of this, and told Ivan if she wants to meet her brother.

Becoming part of Team Emerald (age 15)

Ivan demonstrated his skills to Noah and he impressed Noah, even though Ivan had entry-level type hacking skills, what he did with subway doors was something not most people could do. Ivan revealed to him that he was also a computer geek, and wasn’t always in a robe making devices or testing chemicals. One day, he talked with Noah to how James knew Karvner, to which Noah told him that Karvner had done bad things to hurt James and people. Ivan read up reports on Karvner via Noah’s database, and after reading this information, he did not want Karvner to see him, fearing that he may put his new friends at risk if Karvner found him alive, however, in truth, Karvner only saw his loyal students as valuable, for their actions were capable of causing harm to people whereas Ivan’s work was more peaceful and did not contribute to what Walkner Vile and the others were doing. So he remained alongside Noah and aided James and company with missions, eventually leading up to events with Old Japan.
