Among all of James’ enemies, King Sheer is the most relentless of them all. King is extremely patient when it comes to planning and or executing an attack and or job. He is also an excellent swordsman and is said to be trained by Dragnis himself and is also a former solider. After his accident, he was in coma for some time now, and reawakens with half of his face and parts of his body covered in strong, military grade metals, the reason for this because it was additionally added after he was shot, while defending his cousin during a peace talk in the United States, Sheer was no stranger to the addition of metal parts to his body, for he had survived many skirmishes with heavy injuries.

Personality

King Sheer is a dangerous man, and it is hard to tell how he is feeling. What frightens his friends and enemies is his old lifeless stare with his human eye, and his intimating stare with his replaced eye. Sheer was also a good guy figure to the public, but after he was shot, he was presumed dead, however, this was to cover up the fact that Sheer is alive, however, he is unrecognizable.

Appearance

King Sheer is a tall British man, who has half of his face covered in a strong metal and other cyborg-like prosthetic parts on his face and most of his body, due to a fatal accident. It was said that when he was accompanying someone during a talk, a hitman (rogue shooter) recognize who the threat is and attempted to kill this man, only for Sheer to get in the way, resulting in him being shot 4 times in the head area, resulting in how he looks now. He has white hair and a large snow-white bread to cover most of his lower face. He wears a special type of clothing that acts as a shield on his body and the gloves and boots he wears is of the same material, which is revealed to be military grade nanomachines that is masked as normal clothing.

Sheer remains behind the scenes aiding his mobster group and family to achieve success and his goal is to dominate all of United Kingdom, and soon other parts of the world. His main focus is The United States, for more resources and allies were to be found there and enemies as well.

Enemy with the teenager James Konta

King only became enemies with James Konta until he realizes how much James and a number of others were threats to his operation of acting taking over a majority of America, just as he did in areas such as China, and Russia, only reason he did not attempt this over United Kingdom because he was pretty much known as an businessman and not as a villain in UK eyes; anything good for business. Now that his daughter is out of the CIA, and his son out of prison for sometime now, King let them do what they can to aid his British Mafia, The Establishment, with Charles M.S. Sheer being his right hand man in the lower group, Sheer Society, who acts behind the scenes. Once Lelia makes her way back to the US, she sees how strong her former friends and allies have become, and the new ones she haven't seen at all. She made report of this to her father about superhuman beings being present in the US.

To King, he was thinking of normal meta-humans, which he had exterminated countless times in the past, however, he never knew about Dragnis. Even when Charles has mention running into them in Australia and in Old Japan (during cybernetic), King seems them as Metas and nothing more. Months later, King teamed up with Karvner, who lost to this teenager, and demanded the boy's name, for Karvner himself only noticed him as Green Samurai. Soon, King himself was able to get the first name of James, and attempted to recruit him via stalking, however, this backfired and James defeated King's men. Every operation, even the minor ones done within the US, James and company had stopped, major ones as well. This caused King to target James as a threat and an enemy. King did manage to root out all of James allies, revealing their identities to their enemies, even having a few of them killed, which caused James to go after King, only to be apparently killed, with a sword made by The White Dragni Clan, since King aided their leader in Australia, Benjamin Allfather. Despite harming James and leaving him for dead, Kind did not realize that Dragni's have their hearts on the opposite side of their bodies, which gave James a shot of recovering and attacking King, cutting off his arm. King escaped and vowed revenge on James, saying there is nowhere to hide, for all his friends and family will be dead. Despite the threat James and company had to relocate in order to hide from King this time around. The Aftermath of the fight made King grow hungry with power, wanting to dominate, change the world of it's so called corruption, in addition, shifted all operations in killing meta humans and anyone who stood in his way. With Allfather's help, he was able to get this done, causing James to go after him once again.

Funding

King Sheer’s organizations were responsible for funding groups like White Dragon, Black Shadow and a number of other groups. Plus Sheer is always updating his weaponry, constantly when he gets reports of what his enemies had done, who they defeated, etc. He has also gotten to the point where his men were able to steal James’ swords, and duplicate the strange metal into something stronger; this forced James to use normal Katanas at that time. King Sheer is also to deal with Bianca Airesus (TSM) when she was fighting against Black Shadow and Russian drug lords in Asia, later down the road, he was able to recruit Lady Shade, and pretty much created weaponry from how her weapons were design.

Hate super humans

King Sheer considers himself as a pure human being who wants justice, but he is corrupt. He dislikes Meta-Human and often have they killed in the United Kingdom area when caught. He detests Dragnis, even though he was trained by them. He thinks that Dragnis will overthrow the human race and him, so he makes an effort to end them, but in the end, he tries to be like one in hopes of gaining power, even considering Project AX.
