Lelia Sheer

Alias: The seductress (former), LS (Current), Ms.Sheer, Rogue

Lelia Sheer is one of the earliest members of a CIA project of gifted young people who are given a chance to aid their country. After a few number of events, involving her father being shot, she found out a member of the CIA, who was told many times to not go on with said project (Animal Pack), was behind this. She left the CIA and the Royal Guard in order to help her father, eventually discovering the jewels of her crime family and decided to side with them, thinking that the plan her father had in mind was better for not just The United Kingdom, but for the world as well.

Group: The Succubus, The Sheer Society

Part of the group known as The Succubus, and also part of the Sheer Society, the beautiful Lelia is a hit man, who takes pride in crumbling her victim's world before she destroys them.

she is also born into The Establishment Crime family of her father and other family members, who run hits, crimes, and other things without being noticed. They also have ties to other groups, notably they supplied Black Shadow at some point.

Joining CIA joint program for the gifted

Because Sheer didn't think his daughter would be ready for taking over for him due to his old age and current state, he had his daughter go with Charles M. Shreck, a member of the Sheer family. Charles is also a key player in King's plot to take over the United Kingdom, hence having Lelia join the CIA with her current skill set for her to act as a spy for the criminal organization. Later on, Charles M. Shreck grew too much into his dealings with other criminal organizations who thrive off of the Establishment, disregarding Lelia Sheer's close relationship with members of the CIA and soon she was relocated to the United States to join a new team, she was accompanied by a European American young man who was also relocated to the US, Brian Whall.

She was also the quite member of the group and isn't afraid to kill a man during the number of missions they were in. Lelia was well on her way to raise in the ranks and become deep within the CIA. She grew fond of Garret Marino, a friend and team member.

The CIA/Guard in UK, resigning

The group had to go and stop a terrorist in Italy, who was sabotaging technical resource used in the military. CIA teamed up with not just the police, but US and NATO troops to stop the threat. Before the mission could start, a high ranking CIA member sees that Garret and the others are not fit for the mission due to not agreeing with a project to aid the CIA fuhrer, Brian however agreed for he think the project would help out greatly, soon resulting Lelia and Garret marked as deceased, meaning they are dead to the CIA program thanks to a man by the name of Mudd. Garret continued remain in Italy, while Lelia went to London to service herself as a Guard for high officials in England, with the new code name Rogue with a fake name of Mindy Fairfax.

Charles M. Shreck reunited with her and question her about the CIA, to which she stated they are a corrupt joke and nothing more, to which Charles acknowledge that the CIA is only out for power and bring their own type of order and nothing more. She is welcomed back into the family, but still unaware of the criminal heritage she possess. Charles M. Shreck told her that he is going to Old Japan to talk with his contacts, meanwhile Lelia accompanied a Sheer family member during a peace talk to ease down protesters, with her brother by her side and their father watching from a Limo from a distance.

During the peace talk, The Sheer family member who was speaking was shot by a man in an animal mask, but he was quickly apprehended by the police, with Jake and Lelia rushing to stop the bleeding of their cousin, this caused King Sheer to grow with anger about what had happen. Their cousin was able to recover within months time, Charles M. Shreck had returned after the events of Old Japan and was pissed off about the situation. Lelia wanted to get revenge and she went to the jail where the man was being held and she interrogated him inside the cell, eventually killing him as an act of vengeance.

She was soon introduced by her criminal heritage and decided to aid her family in improving the crime syndicate.

She was later assign to act as a protege to a French contact of there's, David Francois. David Francois was a former Black Shadow member who went by undetected, and remained in France. He was famous for being a singer and a attractive icon. She breifly fell in love with David Francois, but didn't stay too close to him because she still thinks of her CIA crush.

David Francois created a group from the women brainwashed and kidnapped by him into the group known as The Succubus group. Apparently it was David's illabrit plan to take down anyone suspect of discovering The Establishment or of Butch's branch, The Sheer Society. He had Lelia subdue officials and kill them. A man who goes by the name MAGE, a rebel of the law along with his allies didn't like those officials, however, they do not condone the killing of them. Soon David Francois was almost found out after 5 months of investigation by MAGE, forcing Lelia to confront and assassinate MAGE, only for her to be defeated by him. MAGE IDed her as English and had in mind that the crimes were stringing out from the UK, but he was just speculating. At this defeat David Francois was angered and cut his connection with Lelia, but without the help of The Establishment, he was arrested a month later thanks to MAGE.

In order to prevent David Francois from snitching, Lelia drugged his prison food causing him to forget about everything he knows about Establishment and during David's hearing he could not think of anything but his songs and sang in the court room, to which he was marked as insane and quickly sent back to jail.

During a concert that David had hosted, Lelia confronted 3 men that David wants put down. The girls who were with David had knives hidden away in their dress, and the 2 girls bit a guy to seduce. Lelia herself chosen a wealthy business man an pushed him to go drink with her and to go to a hotel with her. The other 2 men wanted the group to join together at the hotel and so they did.

Lelia and the 2 girls with her were in the hotel and stripped down to just a shirt and underwear and as the men were getting ready themselves. Lelia told kissed one of them and changed her tone, whispering in the man's ear that he did not pay Sheer is money, and that they were wasting it away on women. The man, pushed Lelia away and told her that that isn't her business. Lelia raised back up and smiled saying that she is part of the Sheer Society, and that the men are victim of The Succubus, referring to her and the other 2 women.

The man tried shuffled his suit to find his gun and tried to shoot Lelia, unknown to him, Lelia had removed the mag when they were in the car. Lelia told him that his time has run out, and that he will die peacefully with 3 beautiful women being the last thing him and the other 2 men would see. Lelia flipped around in the room, knocking the men out and the other 2 women shot the men. Lelia told the girls to loot the pockets of the 3 bodies and to clean up and leave the scene, and this was done in a matter of 1 hour or less.

Police in France discovered the bodies the next morning.

David was pleased with Lelia's performance and told her she is just like her father and that more work has to be done.

Teh Mage can use Ice and teh Fireballs

One of Lelia memorable rivals was MAGE, a pyro-chemist who uses tech to generate fire or ice. In addition to his tech, he has the power of electricity, for he is a meta human, and with this power he powers his tech to do what is met to do. Lelia attempted to kill him before, only to be overpowered by him, she knew that since David Francois had been defeated, Mage would not come for her, but Mage himself grew suspicious, but did not travel to the UK for the past situation with meta humans being killed.

Fighting Old Friends

Lelia eventually went back to America with a new alias and codename, and was an agent for her criminal family. It was then she found out about meta humans and vigilantes all over America, along with their own villains. She ran into and The Green Samurai was targeting gangsters in areas close to NYC. She soon ran into a member of The Sheer Society, this man's name was Karvner. She aided Karvner after the attack Foster Rel'Maroni and the others went South. Karvner introduced Lelia to the others she will be working with and explain the slave chip process to her for he wanted to catch some of heroes as he did before using NeoxNinja and Kai. Lelia targeted a girl by the name of GizmaGurl115, a young teenager of an underground hacker group, she targeted her for the purpose that she would serve Karvner in the near future, however, she is stopped by a CIA/Detective by the name Mikhaela Terwilliger, who was accompanied by Thailand woman in a black suit (Bianca Airesus). Lelia put up a good fight, however, she was having trouble fighting Bianca, which caused her to flee the fight.

Later on she took a jab at Green Samurai, who was accompanied by Garret. She confronted the boy, and Garret appeared to help and she was stunned by Garret, even going as far as slightly blushing, but she snapped out of it and fought the two of them. Knowing that the Green Samurai is probably a meta, she electrocuted him to subdue him and fought with Garret. Garret was defeated, and Lelia told him if he had found a replacement chick before she fled the scene, with one of James's swords in her possession.

James was able to track his sword, accompanied with the Emerald Team and confronted Lelia, Walkner and Lizard Man. Despite the defeat, Lelia told Lizard Man and Walkner to flee and she picked a fight with Mikhaela Terwilliger who was there. She defeated Mikhaela Terwilliger and told Garret that the girl isn't fit for her position, stating that she is a horrible replacement, to which Mikhaela stated that she is a newbie at what she does and tends to be more of a thinker than a fighter. Garret put two and two together but didn't say a word, she blew a kiss and fled the scene, dropping James's sword.

Karvner took note of this and informed Charles, who talked down at Lelia to not let her emotion get in the way, for she is to kill her former friends and not mess with them, adding that she is weak. Despite this, she broke away from Karvner and did her own thing, this time taking orders from someone else within the Establishment.

She remain as her assassin role and took out targets at random, occasionally being stopped by Heroes, mainly Bianca Airesus who was the brick wall in her assassinations.

Trivia

• Despite her former friends of the CIA, she doesn't attempt to kill them. She often leaves clues of what will happen next, thinking that fighting them is simply playing with them, for she is trying to brainwash them into thinking that her father's worldwide plan is a solution they could agree on, adding that crime will always happen.
• Lelia Sheer is the rival of Noah's sister, Mia Twillinger.
• Lelia Sheer's character and personality is based off of The Baroness from the GI Joe, but she is young.
