Sakura Katsumi, also known as NeoxRose, or simply Rose, is an anti-hero/ally to James and company. She does not reveal herself to James because she is suffering amnesia.

Her parents were having money problems, and at the time, enemies started to surface in New Japan, which caused small group of trained martial arts to form clans of 4-5 members to patrol and protect the area. This group of bad people came and attacked Sakura's family and they threaten her parents. These men were sporting broken robot parts that came from the robots James had defeated and made weapons out of those robots. Seeing how things were going, they did not want Sakura to get hurt or worse and she wasn't fit in defeated herself properly. They did not want to bring their burden upon Ahkiro at all.

Sakrua's father's friend was also visiting the area at the time, and had to witness what was going on. These two had been friends for a long time before the Katsumi family went out of the island and returned due to Sakura's birth. They told this man to be Sakura's guardian for the time being until they come for her. Her mother and father feared that those men will target them for a while, for the only reason they sent Sakura off.

Sakura went on to live in America, where she made with her new brother, Kai'Talos Martinez. It had been months now and Mr.Martinez had been trying to get into contact with the Katsumis, but was unsuccessful. This caused Sakura to worry and suffer from depression, at this, Kai'Talos introduced her to his friend who lives in a dojo. With his in mind Sakura began having memories of James and thinks that Kai'Talos was referring to him, instead, she met Yamato Jenji Takeru.

The three of them trained together a lot and pushed each other to do better, but their peace soon came to an end when gangster started causing trouble for the dojo, causing Yamato to act. This caused him to be an enemy to the gangster later on, and also got him injured badly, with Sakura suffering from a hit that caused her to lose her memory, in addition, caused her to trigger her Dragni abilities early in the process.

They all recovered and realized that they felt a bit stronger and better, but as for Sakura, she had to regain her memories of Yamato and Kai'Talos. At this, Yamato took it upon himself to better protect his friends, resulting in seeing many others as foes and or rivals, with Kai'Talos as well doing the same thing, wanting to better protect his adoptive sister.

It didn't take long until they went back at it again to go after petty criminals using their fighting skills,and they began their adventures of highly trained Shinobi of the Neo Foot clan, which they refer to with an X due to their new found Dragni abilities. Despite finally awakening his Dragni abilities due to his accident, Yamato knew of Dragnis from his father and explained this to the others about it, making them more informed of what they care capable of and what is soon to come.

Sakura met with James Konta at school, due to her issues, she cannot remember him, but she felt something for him, however, Kai'Talos put a stop to this and threatens James, knocking him out. Sakura ran to James and greeted herself and kissed him on the forehead. James himself knew it was Sakura, but was still unsure.

The second time she met with James was during a Hispanic parade, with Kai'Talos coming to her defense again, however, the parade was cut short criminal activity using the parade as cover, this caused Yamato to go deal with this, and soon Sakura, who was called the NeoxRose, and she was forced to pretend to be an enemy to James, who was The Green Samurai.

The next time they met, she had been kidnapped for fun by Walkner Vile, who thought Karvner can mind control her to become Walkner's girlfriend, which was a joke made by Walkner talking to himself. Yamato confronted Walkner but was told to bring in the Green Samurai for the girl and he had no choice but to to confront and fight James, who was patrolling the area. Yamato was going to defeat and bring James to his friend's kidnapper, however, James was able to defeat Yamato in combat. James got curious and did some investigation and found out about a missing girl, who turned out to be Sakura, who had been taken by Kavner. James saves her and returns her to Kai'Talos, who at the time started to show sympathy for his rival and thanks him.

At this point, Sakura tried to be more careful with being herself and her vigilante persona, NeoxRose, so she doesn't blow her cover to anyone else. After many encounters, she became neutral with James and helps him sometimes, even fancying James a bit. She soon met with Bianca Airesus, who wanted to trained with the Neox Foot clan, and share some of her knowledge in martial arts with them. When the both of them met, they became really good friends with each other, however, Bianca's views mirrored a bit of Yamato about James, making Sakura wonder why people dislike him.

She aided in the events of Japan,alongside of Bianca and helped her investigate who this Black Steel person was. After Japan, she becomes a key element to many of James' and company's missions.
