Noah is the older brother of Mia, and he was the one who was responsible for his sister joining the CIA. Noah worked with the CIA for about 3 years and was noticed for being The Eye. He is a computer hacker and uses his methods to help out the CIA, mainly for hacking into cameras and computers and so on. Noah is just the brain and not a fighter, he lacks strength and the ability to fight, during his newbie years he had been beaten and nearly killed by criminals while trying to hold his own. After recruiting his sister, the siblings worked close with each other as Noah watches over her with a computerized hovering ball that follows Mia around during missions.

Abilities

• He is a computer hacker and someone who is extremely cautious of his surrounds. He created Oah, a small robot ball that is packed with minor lethal items, and he uses this robot to track CIA agents, and mainly his sister.
• Oah contains minor equipment such as cables, lasers, a cloak device, able to conceal self or target from people.
• Using Oah, he could hack any type of technology known to him outside of the CIA HQ.

Personality/Appearance

Noah is shy and timid, and keeps to himself. He usually wears a dark green suit jacket with jeans to work. He has long black hair and it is in a form of a ponytail.

After James ad few others left for Old Japan, Mia Noah and other members from the CIA were given an assignment,this was to track the group called, The Animal Pack, a group who has made it their mission to purge, destroy other gangs in America.
