Donovan S. Valesco is an intelligent engineer and was also a rebel for his age (19). When he was 20, he developed a special shell-cased bag that contained liquids that is capable of causing frostbite or burns to via fire oil. The the tubes cover his arms and hands and he is able to generate fire or ice from this bag to fight against his opponents. Despite the small amounts he uses, it the bag enables him to use those abilities for about 8 hours at a time before it needs to be refilled. As an alternative, Donovan fights using wooden baseball bats and hockey sticks against criminals. His biggest enemy is David Francois, after he found out David was responsible for kidnapping and brainwashing women in France.
