Hideo AllFather is a Dragni who had become exalted from the Shadowstep clan due to his over zealous attitude towards his peers and his master. As years went on, Hideo AllFather despite to leave the island and head for Old Japan to see if he could find people who are like him, but the same attitude that got him kicked out of his former clan lead him to be very rude and violent towards normal non Dragnis. Years later, he managed to find followers, even challenging Cheng, the son of his former master, but he was defeated. At this, Hideo was furious and decided to leave Old Japan, thinking Shadowstep has a hold there as well, making his way to The Philippines.

Years had passed and Hideo AllFather had become a prime minister, and eventually got a high position, it was then he showed his true colors and eventually became dictator of the Northern part of the Philippines, joking he is being nice to let the non Dragnis take up the Southern part.

Hideo AllFather recruited Dragnis of his trait clan, all white eyes and formed White Dragni Brotherhood. Those bearing white eyes with the diamond-like pupils. AllFather did not care about outside events, and focused his part of the land, at times bullying his members who are lesser and unskilled as him or the humans forced to do high labor in those parts.

=Targeting the alleged threat=


v soon allied himself with a small group of British people, who told him about the state of there allies, which is a work in progress, referring to Cheng. AllFather didn't want to ally himself with them at first, but adding they knew who Cheng is and where he is, he listened. During their stay, A group of mercenaries infiltrated The Philippines and found that the Prime Minister, whom they were told that went silent, was actually a puppet to AllFather, for he ratted out AllFather.
The group, who had a hired gun by the name of Jason Konta, attempted to infiltrate only to fail, Jason briefly fought with AllFather, nearly dying in the fight, however, Jason was able to get away via jumping out of a window using a wingsuit.

AllFather knew that Jason was a Dragni and considered him a threat, seeing that Jason had red eyes. The British men who allied themselves with and supported AllFather were tasked to find out who the young man that AllFather had fought.

Out of sheer frustration, AllFather became more brutal with those who work for him. But he had an idea, if more White Dragni were in a different land he could try to recruit them. The British men that were there knew that AllFather was capable and willing to destroy their enemies in America, so they told him to try his search there, knowing well that if he sees Dragni below him, he could fight them, but to add more fuel to the fire, they stated that Cheng had been poisoned with a substance capable of killing Dragnis, blaming the ones in America for doing so, to this AllFather ruled out death for those Dragnis, but wanted to kill them in the most honorable way possible.

*AllFather is a dictator, formerly part of a political party in The Philippines, but showed his true colors when he was given a higher position, joking that he was about to split into "their" ranks and take over.

*AllFather does not show his emotion of anger or frustration to people, he is seen as smiling constantly and looks happy 24/7.
