David Francois is a french singer, is very open about his view in french politics and relations. He is considered the eye candy to women of France and is literally dub the hottest man in France. Unknown to everyone, David was part of Black Shadow Gang, a group who operates as human traffickers and also drug smugglers in China, and Russia.
He isn't seen as a threat by anyone expect the man they call MAGE. MAGE sees David as a threat because some of the girls that take pictures with him during a concert ends up going missing within 4-8 days in a pattern.
It wasn't long until David teams up with Sheer Society, since they had targets from the United Kingdom, visiting France. At the time, David was given a new hire, Lelia Sheer, who nearly fell in love with David due to his hypnotizing looks. It was then he took his loyal female captors and formed a group with Lelia, to be assassins, adding that since it is a woman being an assassin, his targets will never see it coming. David gave them 12 targets to take care of, all targets are British, as stated by The Establishment and members of Sheer Society.

Lelia and her team kill all 12 men within a span of months, but had a confrontation MAGE, guns didn't work because somehow AGE was able to deflect them, causing Lelia and her team to lose, but was able to escape before being burnt to a crisp.

Eventually Lelia had to leave, disbanding the group and leaving David to continue what he was doing. Months later, MAGE was able to stalk him down and expose him and could not do anything without Lelia's help for his guard was down. MAGE managed to rescue all of the kidnapped women David had taken and abused over the years, he got the names of those who worked for David and found his money and drug storage, etc.

David went to prison for his crimes. When confronted by MAGE or anyone else, he plays it cool does not answer them, even during interrogation.
Despite being in jail, David feared that "The Steel Valkyrie" will come to take him, which soon drove him insane.

*David was also a singer in France, his occupation was inspired by a real French Singer, [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stromae Stromae].
*David was formerly part of Black Shadow and took up operation with a small group of men in France, until his Asian counterpart, he is more of an abuser and as corrupt as Sun Lee Yuk. He funds his human trafficking in secret through his singing and public appearances. His affliction with Black Shadow is unknown to Lelia Sheer. The reason for this is because after hearing about Yuk's death he fears The Steel Maiden (Bianca Airesus).
*David's appearance resembles the [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_0H0LUZROws bad guy with the long hair in this fight scene of Raging Phoenix], which also is a homage to Bianca Aireus being a liberator of those who are kidnapped.
*A French Pyro Chemist considers David a threat, which sparks the rival against the two of them. David even had him arrested once.
