Peter Luis Wentzil III is a former musician dressed in punk black clothing mixed in with old military clothing, turned villain when he had The Establishment play around with his head, just days after losing his only chance to earn money and a record deal. He hates having his enemies figure out who he is but one was able to figure him out, Sakura Katsumi (NeoxRose). After this, he works with any of his connections, at times, he has to forced himself to work with the mischievous Walkner and Erik, other times, Lizard-Man and the last guy he fears and enjoys working with, Kaddak. Him, Lizard-Man and Kaddak know the purpose of Karvner and his allies plan and live up to what needs to be done, but Pete tends to use the resources given to him to target Sakura and finding out who she really is.

*Peter-Luis Wentzil III a dark version, inspired by the actual musician named [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pete_Wentz Pete Wentz], from Fall Out Boy.
*Pete has a younger sister, whom he has no idea about, possibly due to his baby sister being put adopted and during this time, he was a runaway punker who wanted to become a famous musician.
*Pete slightly pales his skin tone and dyes his already black hair and sideburns, even blacker.
*He does not like having his face shown to enemies, or his very presence, when this happens, he does everything in his power to stalk and find out the identities and whereabouts of those who figured him out.
