Brian Whall is the son of a marine and former NATO solider, Patrick Whall. He had been recruited into the gifted program within the CIA at a young age and was able to perform very well. He was teamed up with and befriended Lelia, Garret and Noah, and a few others, forming a bound with them. They went to do various capture missions, where they tried to avoid killing, but weren't able to, for Lelia did the killing in case things goes dicey. Brian, despite being young was mentally unstable due to being in real action after the time he was with the CIA. As time went on, Brian didn't let such fears bother him thanks to Lelia. Brian reported to his director, J. Mudd, who was responsible for the group.

Brian Whall use to be teamed up with Garret and Lelia until a fall out happen within the starter group, which caused Garret and Lelia to be removed from the team and sent home by orders of Mudd, a high ranked CIA member for that branch. Noah and Brian remained,however Brian felt that it was best to accept what Mudd have stated, but went inactive until Mudd attempts something. Brian and Noah felt Mudd was up to something negative, but stuck around to make sure they can expose him in the act, during that time, Brian went to Thailand, where his father lived for sometime now, and who is good friends with a famous Engineer named Wei Airesus.

Wei Airesus was Brian's mentor in various arts of fighting, which Brian goes back to time and time again to learn, along with his father. Brian befriended Wei's daughter, Bianca Airesus, due to seeing this, Wei Airesus told Brian to act as an older brother to her, for Bianca took a liking of him.

Brian was never for Bianca's revenge against those who kidnapped her, but he did not like hearing news about druglords oppressing people and the "ghost" as the media calls it, continued to kidnap a lot of young ones. Brian helped Bianca become an excellent marksman in firearms and taught her how some weapons can be disabled and or countered, soon becoming a potential ally to Bianca's cause. Before The Steel Maiden became the relentless assassin, Bianca wanted to undergo a procedure met for battle ready soldiers with high durability and strength and willpower. Despite what Brian thinks, she went with the procedure anyway and survived. Despite this Brian was on board all the way, and helped design the battle suit with Bianca.

When Bianca had been captured by Borojei during his human trafficking auction, he sent Bianca's new allies to go and rescue her, even her dog, Trex. They were successful in finding Bianca and adding another upgrade to her battle suit, which merged with her. The assassination of Borojei took place, leaving Bianca vulnerable. Kane entered the room and attempted to shoot Bianca where she isn't covered at the time, but he was shot by Brian before he could pull the trigger, allegedly killing Kane.

After the fall of Black Shadow, Brian told Bianca that it is time to seal the battle suit for now, since every criminal in Russia, China and Thailand fears her. The Steel Maiden Society was formed with Momoko as lead, and Bianca takes off to America. As for Brian, he remained behind to watch over Momoko and the others and provides intel and training.

Prior to the events of Old Japan, Brian had sent Momoko to Old Japan because he grew suspicious of the events happening there, and eventually they had to deal with The Yakuza revived by an ex crazed J pop singer and soon White Dragon. Bianca reconnected with Brian and Momoko and helped out to stop the crisis, while James and company tried to discover what was really going on. During that time, Brian received information from Noah, who informs him about Mudd, at this, Brian took his leave and aided against Animal Pack, telling Bianca to watch over Momoko for him, for he has a vendetta against Mudd.

Mudd teamed up with Noah, Mia, Garret and DJ to bring Mudd to justice and destroyed Animal Pack.
