Mention at some point by Magnus. A group of killers who rebelled against Dark Age before the the Broken Lands war and in the past when the Twili had been banished into the Twilight Realm. The group kept themselves hidden, however, among them decided to be influenced by a certain member of NADI, causing trouble for both sides later down the road.
