Jordan Wayne, who goes by the name Dark Skull. He is an Engineer turned ex-military and has enough combat training to hold his own. He turned his old military into something menacing when he goes off fighting crime. Jordan created his own hideout, that is 100% undetected and he is also a hacker. Jordan monitors crime happening through out the US, however, he is limited to only 2 states, a few towns in North and South Dakota, since he is stationed somewhere next to the Missouri River. Very rarely he monitors affairs outside of the US until the events of Cybernetic Threat. Jordan is also good friends with James Konta when they both foiled a armed robbery happening at a school event, resulting in the gunmen alleged death. What drew Jordan even more to James was the fact that James had been shot by a shotgun at close range, only to be knocked back, but surviving. The shot only left a mark on James, only damaging his clothing, this lead Jordan to study what James was, eventually discovering humans who were born with the rare virus called type-1337 by scientist, who still can't understand such a virus, which originated in Old Japan during deadly storm centuries ago, and those affected are called Dragnis. Knowing those being are superior in every attributes, even peel human abilities, Jordan trained himself if he was to face someone like James.
