Among all of James’ enemies, King Sheer is the most relentless of them all. King is extremely patient when it comes to planning and or executing an attack and or job, but is easily frustrated. He is also an excellent swordsman and is said to be trained by Dragnis himself and is also a former solider. After his war days, he meditates a lot to the point where his meditation session makes people think he is in a coma. Despite being as a criminal lord in United Kingdom, he plans to make his son, Jake Sheer, the successor and to take over.

Personality

King Sheer is a dangerous man, and it is hard to tell how he is feeling. What frightens his friends and enemies is his old lifeless stare with his human eye, and his intimating stare with his replaced eye. Sheer was also a good guy figure to the public, but after he was shot, he was presumed dead, however, this was to cover up the fact that Sheer is alive, however, he is unrecognizable.

Appearance

King Sheer is a tall conditioned British man for his age, who has half of his face covered in a strong metal and other cyborg-like prosthetic parts on his face and most of his body, due to a fatal accident during his war days. He has white hair and a large snow-white bread to cover most of his lower face. He wears a special type of clothing that acts as a shield on his body and the gloves and boots he wears is of the same material, which is revealed to be retired military grade nanotechnology that is masked as normal clothing, thanks to the late Borojei before he killed the scientist.

Sheer remains behind the scenes aiding his mobster group and family to achieve success and his goal is to dominate all of United Kingdom, and soon other parts of the world. His main focus is The United States, for more resources and allies were to be found there and enemies as well.

His vision

Sheer is unknowingly insane himself and thinks that in order to bring peace to the world, you have to be the better man, to take from those who ruin the land, however, he himself does such, this taking by means that is considered criminal acts. The Sheer Family had been running undercover criminal actions in the UK and sometimes outside of it. They stockpile on items they salvage over the years, mainly during the days pirates started to raid ships and air carriers for items, The Establishment were there, they are always there.

King decides to start his major goal on all of United Kingdom. He was able to rid 90% of the meta humans inhabiting UK, he was also able to have his "top men" design nanotechnology capable of being embedded within the subconscious of his victims, those who are not strong willed, if successful, he aims to do this in America. His connections in Asia sees his vision as a way to start over, and because they are scared of Sheer, they do not want to take his power, in return Sheer was generous and told them they could have all the land they want once he takes over.

Sheer has agents even within the Royal Family of England itself, having a member, with alias and surnames of course, of his family marry and the Princess of England at the time, giving the Sheer family a very strong grip in England, other members of the Sheer family take hold of government and watch for potential events and or targets to take out, like the 12 men that went to France.

Sheer starts to send and recruit people in America, but is stopped by a boy in a green hoodie, which frustrates him a lot. areas of Asia were also harder to grasps for him due to Steel Maiden Society and other various groups who attack like unseen shadows, despite this, America was his focus since he had a old on Old Japan, despite James efforts, Russia and North Korea. King is a very intelligent man and hired a lot of scientist and engineers to do his bidding, the most common is Karvner and Sarcosa, but since Karvner was also frustrated by this boy in green, Sheer had to hire people to get rid of him during the course of months and years. Despite these setbacks, Sheer does not stop, for he is getting stronger and his enemies do not know it.

Enemy with the teenager James Konta

King sees James as the bane of his existence, for James and his allies were always in the way due to Karvner's constant failures. This resulted in him sending AllFather and Darius at some point to deal with them. King was also able to expose the names of his enemies in hopes of having them cease their heroic actions, but they did not stop, even though they were unmasked.

Funding

King is very rich, it is unknown of how much money is possess, but he has so much money to fund his works regardless if whatever he puts money into is a failure or a success.
