Leon St. Marc 5th , philanthropist, rich Japanese play-boy and the founder and CEO of The CTF (Cybernetic Technologies Foundation), wanted to rebuild parts of Old Japan. He station CTF in New Kyushu City.

Appearance and Personality

Leon St. Marc 5th is a charming, kind heart young man, he spends his time trying to help out his people, even before the crisis had began. He wears a black and grey suit with a pink dress shirt and a white tie. He has bright green eyes and white hair. He is quite handsome, too handsome to the point women are instantly wowed by him, however, Leon himself is the type of person to play cupid, getting people together, the sole reason he has a lot of friends around New Kyushu City. Leon, when in private, tend to be lost his his families research and documents, and stumble upon things he isn't too proud about. His family also had a robot butler, which had been reconstructed by a mysterious technician, the robot somehow found his way back to Leon St. Marc 5th and remained by his side. Leon tends to suffer from nightmares, triggering sleep paralysis, this caused him to sleep with the lights on, however, that wasn't enough, he had to keep guards in the room with him, having beds setup within his chambers for them to sleep in. Leon St. Marc 5th also use to have a brother, however, he was told his brother had died from an illness around the ages of 4, to this day, he only sees pictures of his brother.

Involvement in The Cybernetic Threat

He offers his assistance to Japanese Police and SAT (SWAT), who reclaimed Tyoko from The Yakuza and soon White Dragon.

Leon St. Marcs

Leon St. Marc 1st

Was a wealthy business man who started his fortune with selling stocks. He had retired, leaving United States and went back to Japan, occasionally going to his villa in France. He had passed away from old age.

Leon St. Marc 2nd

Was more akin to technologies and wanting to change the future. Leon St. Marc 2nd had a ridiculous amount of intelligence, surpassing even college students in Japan at a young age. Started making random devices to benefit people, and he wanted to push his ideas outside of France. He moved back to Japan and settled for a bit and was married. He had 2 kids on the way, however, thugs changed his life that afternoon in Downtown Tokyo. The thugs shot and injured his Wife, forcing Leon St. Marc 2nd to retaliate out of anger, he fought off one of the gunmen, taking the gun and killing one of the thugs, shocked at murdering a man, he dropped the gun and his wife died seeing her husband shoot and kill this thug. Still in shock, the other gunman took the opportunity to shoot Leon, fatally injuring him. In order to not have news break out about this tragedy, the Engineering Firm in Japan paid to cover it up, even telling Leon's Wife parents they went to live in America. Leon himself was in coma for years, during those years, Japan got worse, and a land mass had been formed by an undersea volcano and people called this land New Japan, which was quickly taken up by Yakuza members. Leon woke up from his Coma in 2050. He returned to his company, however, he was still angered by how criminals run rampant on the streets. He soon formed a group called The White Dragon, taking out criminals without the need of cops or higher enforcement, however, this group he made caused him become a villain himself. He soon got other nationalizes to be part of White Dragon, even some from areas such as America, and Mexico. He also had 2 twin French/Japanese hit-men at his side. However, he lamented still over his wife's death and his unborn children, he began creating a super android as a monument to not only his deceased family, but to his regrets, successes, etc. This Android was powerful, beyond military grade weaponry, yet, this android was programmed to "feel" and have emotions as well, donning weapons to defend itself and those it will protect. Months later,Out of suspicion, some believed The White Dragon must have targeted Leon St. Marc 2nd and told the police, this was because White Dragon members, who were transporting items for Leon St. Marc 2nd, some people assumed them to be stealing. This caused a raid to take place at Leon St. Marc 2nd's estate when he is wrapping up the final touches to his android. Vitarius had to form some diversion, thinking that this android Leon St. Marc 2nd was building will be used as a weapons towards his enemies, when in truth, Leon St. Marc 2nd wants to go kill every criminal in the world, not seeing himself as a criminal, however, his actions were serious. The SWAT teams that raided the Estate caused some members and robot guards to go on an all out shoot out, whereas SWAT discovered some liquid virus that is capable of brainwashing/mind controlling people, this was used to power the robots on the estate as well. Leon was eventually shot via Plasma Pistol and took to his chambers to set his android in a hibernation state. The dying Leon was confronted by SWAT members, Lance and Yuna, and they witnessed a breif moment of the android staring at them, even hearing the android calling the dying Leon "father". Leon's body was recovered after he died, and the public was told he was killed by White Dragon members, when it was a SWAT weapon that injured him badly. As for all of his creations, they were sent to a sea disposal lab in Japan. Soon word got out about Leon and his late wife, stating that they were both cremated and a tomb was formed thanks to the parents of Leon's late wife, who were the only parents to Leon after his father and mother died.

Leon St. Marc 3rd

It is unknown to how he was here, but it turns out he was actually a she. Leon St. Marc 3rd posed as a male, cutting her hair short and dressed in suits. Until it was revealed he was a she, she tend to stay away from the public eye and continued her father's work. Leon St. Marc 3rd's name was actually Leona St. Marc 3rd and she was born from Fe'Lora, one of Leon St. Marc 2nd's hit-man when they were both alive. Fe'Lora at some point spent some time with Leon, who did have an interest in her, and when the child was born, she was hidden away, only Leon and Vitarius knew of the child. Like her father, she was smart and didn't waste her time going to school to prove herself, she took over her father's company and remained in France. She opened up a small sister firm in The United States to encourage. She soon came upon her mother's notes, even seeing her mother's brother's will in the notes, and she decided to follow her father's footsteps to making an android. It wasn't too advanced, however, like the first one, it too had feelings and protected Leona. But following the will of her mother's brother, she literally scarified the android by sending it away to where the original was sent, looking further into these notes and the will, revealing that the android may not truly be destroyed, for it will make use of whatever it could get it's hands on when it wakes up. She did not want to marry, yet she wanted a child and she found a solution. At the age of 17, she gave birth to Leon St. Marc 4th. She cared for Leon St. Marc 4th until she passed away from a sickness.

Leon St. Marc 4th

Leon St. Marc 4th is the youngest holder and CEO of CTF and continues to bring the company up his way. When he got a little older, he married a Japanese woman and had 2 children, this similar that of Leon St. Marc 2nd. The children were born, however after 4 years, one of the children was rumored to have died from a sickness. Leon St. Marc 4th remained in power of CTF until he took died, along with his wife. Leon St. Marc 5th was alone, however, the android built by Leon St. Marc 3rd had returned weeks later, and it stood by Leon St. Marc 5th side to protect him, however, this same android did not like the fact that some were against Leon St. Marc 5th, even wanting to take over his company to squeeze billions out of it.

Leon St. Marc 5th

read the notes of Leon St. Marc 4th and discovered that the virus used to control and maintain robots could be used on humans, and that it is capable of manipulating them, in addition, if it is unstable, it is capable of causing one to be sick, the symphony hasting death by natural causes and it is incurable, but the only thing capable of curing said virus is the android that was created using said virus, which was the creation of Leon St. Marc 2nd. Leon St. Marc 5th decided to look for this android, but his cybernetic butler tells him that even if he knew where to look it isn't safe and that he will need a lot of resources to get this android.

Trivia

• Leon St. Marc 5th is aware that his great-great grandfather had created White Dragon, so he puts forth an effort to stop them, however, no one knows this but him, Leon St. Marc 4th left this in a dairy for Leon St. Marc 5th to read.
• Leon had a brother, who was also his twin, this child was said to be dead.
• The virus that is used in Cybernetic isn't as lethal as if was in the past, for it was capable of not just controlling machinery and or humans, but if unused correctly, it can destroy it's host by damaging either organs or parts. It's not so lethal in Cybernetic story line for Leon St. Marc 5th had found resources to combat the virus, despite not knowing what other things it is capable of.

• Leon St. Marc 5th has a think for matching people up, however, he himself is someone far to busy to seek a relationship.
• Leon St. Marc 5th suffers from sleep paralysis, and sees these weird masked figure in his dreams, and often he sees Leon St. Marc 2nd injured in his estate. This is happening to him because of the exposure of the Leon's before him to this virus. It prompts nightmares for him, however, it is unable to kill him, but this is unknown, for Leon St. Marc 5th is still young, the Leon's before him get weaker from the virus at around the ages 29-40+, another thing to note, that this butler of his is probably keeping him alive, expect for St. Mar 2nd, he died of a fatal plasma shot wound to his abdomen and waited it out until he passed away, blaming humanity before he died.
• Leon St. Marc 5th is quick to judge people, even marking The rebels, believing them to be White Dragon members, in addition, he targets members of The Yakuza and informs officials about this.
• Leon St. Marc 5th is extremely careless, and often isn't aware of what is going on around him at times.

Leon St. Marc 5th remains safe behind a force-field in New Kyushu City, rarely he appears elsewhere, most appearance is through holograms.
