She is one of James' earliest allies and considers herself James' girlfriend after figuring out who he was. Miranda, also known as Kitty, uses her abilities to help James, despite not being a skilled fighter/swordsman. she offers James insight on areas in New York and provides anything else to aid him in the fight. She also becomes friends with Mia and other people close to James.

Appearance/Personality

Miranda is one of James' Konta earliest friends in America. She is kind, but acts nerdy and or flirtatious at times to her male friends, mostly James. She loves culture and has been studying areas in Africa such as Nigeria, Egypt, to places as far as South Korea, China, etc, revealing that she wants to be an Anthropologist (the study of Anthropology). She is in favor of Japan because she feels sorry for how things turned out for the Japan, but often talks about the small amount of good there. She isn't one to judge, but she is someone who will try to learn about someone or something in order to benefit herself and or help others with her findings, for example, when she told James about Jenji and Kai'Talos, who were at the school during the time.

She has burnette hair and has a slightly dark skin tone, for she is the type of person to go for tans, and she has blue eyes. She is always wearing quirky, geek clothing and uses glasses for the hell of it, despite her vision being crystal clear.

Abilities

She is no Dragni, nor is she a meta-human. She is an athlete and also into gymnastics, which contributes to her acrobatic skills. She is somewhat skilled in fighting, for she is able to hold her own in moderate situations. Other than a traditional black belt, she is skilled in Judo. In more serious situations, she sticks to looking out for her allies in combat, for example, in Old Japan, she was able to recover a few SWAT team members and return them to safety. Miranda also has good hearing, so she is capable of hearing her opponent coming from a mile away. Her nimbleness practically makes her move freely without being heard. She is also equipment with gadgets used to combat not just criminals, but robots as well. She has goggles that allow acts as a sensor, heat senors, a gps, etc, which had been created by Ivan Illution himself to help her in combat and or navigate an area. She has moderate first aid skills, which enables her to help out her allies.

Old Japan

Miranda made her way to Old Japan in order to help out, only to get lost herself, luckily she was able to stay at an inn and research what is going down with the small information she had, trying to connect the dots. During that time she was able to track-down the hoodie wearing furball, Beast-Li, with James close behind, the two of them defeated the hoodie teenager, however he escaped.

She continues to aid James and the rest of her friends fight against The Ryuka Jezaku's Yakuza and The White Dragon. She later disbanded and joined Jordan, to protect St. Marc at Blacklight, however, St. Marc wanted to have Miranda date his internship partner, Dale, however things took a turn for the worse when still battle weary Kyuza dropped from the club ceiling, about to be taken by DJ Nadi's robots. Miranda and the others came to Kyuza's aid. During the fight, one of DJ Nadi's robots had been hijacked and tried to go for Miranda with a savage blow, only for James to push Miranda out of the way and James taking the hit, after this Miranda finished the fight against DJ Nadi's robots.

At the museum, she aided Jordan recover old data that could prove helpful until Ryuka Jezaku hunted everyone down with the reminder of her men, in the end, Ryuka had perished, however, Miranda was able to preserve the bits of history of the J-pop star's life and fall from grace.

she was also present during the final confrontation with top White Dragon members, where she and Momoko squared off against Beast-Li.

Trivia

• Almost every encounter she attempts to flirt with James, trying to see his reaction every time.
• James and her are not boyfriend/girlfriend, but they remain close to each other, and James is very defensive of her.
• Miranda is a geek/nerd who happens to like anime and all things Japan, despite the troubles Japan is going through, she brings up the small good things about it.
• Miranda's gadgets are water proof, and they are solar powered.
• Miranda only wears glasses for fun, she has no need for them, but she often thinks wearing them makes her look intelligent.
• Miranda is revealed to be a girl gamer, for she often challenges Ivan whenever there is nothing else to do, other then that, she is a former athlete who does gymnastics.
• Miranda's early look truly resembled a cat, during the early few weeks of Final Fantasy Online, the Mithra inspired a friend of mine to design the character Miranda, who was called Kitty, later on, it was changed for she is now human, same could be said for an alternate version of James, and Mage (Donovan Sparks Valesco).
• Miranda's rival is Walkner W. Vile, for he is the one to always mock her, it is also revealed that Walkner hates cats because he is allergic to them.
• A bit of Miranda's attitude and looks is based of the Youtuber Ponyslayer3 aka Jessie and bits of her personality is from the Youtuber Tradechat.
• Miranda has cat ears, whiskers and pained parts of her face to resemble a cat. In the original concept story D&D she was actually a human-cat hybrid was dating her, when her concept had changed, she was a character in a fan-comic, being a person who participated in a Dating Game show, with James being one of the contestants.
