Kyuko'dan Huojin is also known as The Panther. He wears all black and his hair is black, but some parts of his hair is white as snow. Kyuko'dan meets with James when he was concern by a store burglar, who was Rashad Rose (Purple Goo) in a coat. He was not able to defeat him, even when James showed up, for it was the first encounter for James since Rashad was allegedly killed (to which he did not know this was Rashad himself).

James was able to distract Rashad by pretending to escape through a sewers drain, only to have Kyuko'dan break open a fire hose to take out Rashad, causing him to fall into the sewers below.

Kyuko'dan us also a skilled martial artist and uses it to help people who are in trouble, mainly at night, for he is rarely seen during the day.
