Setzer is a villager of Kohlingen Village and he is not one to speak as much to anyone. He remains locked away in his house, but at night he often heads to the cemetery to sit by his wife's grave, mourning her.

People claim he is crazy for at times, he is clothed in his old armor, guarding the gravestone and threatens anyone who goes by him and the grave.

It is also rumored he had a son who mysteriously vanished, if his notebook is found it is mentioned his son died in a house fire.
