Link is then told to meet with Kevin Grayson, a traveling musician, who helped recover Link and his friend, Gemmy Greenstone.

Kevin tells Link he is currently unable to leave the forest due to a strict policy that the deku's have, however, Kevin is granted one guest to leave with him, which was Gemmy. So Link remained in the Deku Forest, later, the location is revealed to be Orlo Gale Forest.

Later that day, Link met with Tret Woodfall, who tells Link that his uncle may be able to help him, so Link accompanied Tret and made their way deeper into the forest, leading to Orlo Gale Summit.

Waking up after Jumping down the waterfall

After taking a risky leap of faith, Link awakens hours later inside of a house that is inhabit with dekus. Dolu, the deku that lives there informs Link about his situation. After a bit of exploration, Link discovers that he cannot leave unless he has permission. During his time there, Link spends his time gathering his equipment back, and discovers tat a deku boy has gone missing. This lead Link to meet Tret Woodfall. Link follows Tret to his uncle's house, who turns out to be a deku wrrior of olden times, Korri Woodfall. Korri tells Link about his sons in order to get his sword back, Link returns again, and Korri sees that Link is capable of saving the deku boy.
