Vitarius Me'Lion is the older twin sibling to Felora Me'Lion. Vitarius Me'Lion is also a contract killer who had went rouge some years ago, eventually changing his appearance to that nobody would know who he is. He eventually took interest in The White Dragon and joined them, increasing their power over time.

When Japanese SWAT stormed St. Marc II's High-Rise estate, Vitarius Me'Lion had to fight them, eventually falling back only to continue the fight he had started after he permanently crippled a SWAT team member, Zanato, after throwing him into a metal wall.
