Hector V. Sweets III, ill tempered, multi-personality and quite sensitive gang leader of the Sweets Gang. The crazed man was able to trick people to join his gang, one of his notable members was J-Myare, who quickly turn on him because Sweets had targeted the homeless people. Another member was Hidden, and Indian American Teenager who had been tricked by him, however, like J-Myare, he too was able to break away from Sweets Gang. He got his shot for power after the fall of The Animal Pack.

- This character was inspired by Chiwetel Ejiofor character in Four Brothers, Victor Sweets. Looking exactly like the actor, only with a bread and dreadlocks.
- Hector Sweets always wear one color of anything, mainly wearing only black and or only white.
