Peter Luis Wentzil III is a musician dressed in punk black clothing mixed in with old military clothing, turned villain when he had The Establishment play around with his head. He was tasked to send a message to James, turning Kai'Talos against him in the process. He also meta human, having the ability to literally ghost in and out of places, leaving a still image of himself somewhere until he is to reappear, doing this on purpose to throw his foes off track, however, can only teleport really short distances.

He hates having his enemies figure out who he is but one was able to figure him out, Sakura Katsumi (NeoxRose). After this, he works with any of his connections, at times, he has to forced himself to work with the mischievous Walkner and Erik, other times, Lizard-Man and the last guy he fears and enjoys working with, Kaddak. Him, Lizard-Man and Kaddak know the purpose of Karvner and his allies plan and live up to what needs to be done, but Pete tends to use the resources given to him to target Sakura and finding out who she really is.
