Lelia Sheer

Lelia Sheer is one of the earliest members of a CIA project of gifted young people who are given a chance to aid their country. After a few number of events, involving her father being shot, she found out a member of the CIA, who was told many times to not go on with said project (Animal Pack), was behind this. She left the CIA and the Royal Guard in order to help her father, eventually discovering the jewels of her crime family and decided to side with them, thinking that the plan her father had in mind was better for not just The United Kingdom, but for the world as well.

Group: The Succubus, The Sheer Society

Part of the group known as The Succubus, and also part of the Sheer Society, the beautiful Lelia is a hit man, who takes pride in crumbling her victim's world before she destroys them.

she is also born into The Establishment Crime family of her father and other family members, who run hits, crimes, and other things without being noticed. They also have ties to other groups, notably they supplied Black Shadow at some point.

The CIA/Guard in UK, resigning

Lelia was part of the CIA within the UK. She started out at the age of 18, for she had potentially that had been noticed when she had to prove herself. She was very acrobatic, fast, and very, very clever with her words. Eventually she had met with Garret, Brain Gates, and Noah Twillinger, and other notable members during her visit to America, she also had a thing on Garret whenever they were together, she made it obvious to him as well, however, Garret wasn't looking for a relationship, feeling that if anything were to happen, Lelia would be hurt or be a victim.

She remained in United Kingdom to serve as an agent among the royal family as a Royal Guard, however, she was still part of the CIA and was given an alias, which was unknown by the Royal Family, this alias was Mindy Fairfax, fake name.

Her father, King Sheer, along with her brother, Jake Sheer accompanied a fellow Englishman, who was their uncle, to go to the united states during that time to do a peace talk to ease tension among other nations in the world, trying to prevent others from ending up like Japan.

Days later, it turns out that her father had been shot being critically wounded after trying to defend The Englishman, who was their uncle. This forced Lelia to resign from the CIA after spending about 3 years with them. Her father had a connect, that was able to help him with this idea he had, this prototype in engineering of prosthetic parts, to save his life, however, this procedure, would put him into coma.

Lelia remained by her father's side for months, and wanted to get away from it all because she feared she had already lost her father. She became depressed and went away to France to bring herself back to speed.

She met with David Francois, and she fell in love with him. David knew who King Sheer was and didn't go about seducing women for his personal gain, instead, he revealed to Lelia about her father's crime syndicate, to which he was a part of. He pushed Lelia in a direction of conducting with business partners that he has, in hopes of doing her father's work for him. This is where Lelia started to learn about her father's criminal roots.

Lelia began to remember that her father was indeed a crime boss, and that his goal was to purge the world of disgusting germs (corruption). She began to team up with David, feeling as though she may find out who was behind the shooting of her father.

Beautifully assassinated by the 3

During a concert that David had hosted, Lelia confronted 3 men that David wants put down. The girls who were with David had knives hidden away in their dress, and the 2 girls bit a guy to seduce. Lelia herself chosen a wealthy business man an pushed him to go drink with her and to go to a hotel with her. The other 2 men wanted the group to join together at the hotel and so they did. Lelia and the 2 girls with her were in the hotel and stripped down to just a shirt and underwear and as the men were getting ready themselves. Lelia told kissed one of them and changed her tone, whispering in the man's ear that he did not pay Sheer is money, and that they were wasting it away on women. The man, pushed Lelia away and told her that that isn't her business. Lelia raised back up and smiled saying that she is part of the Sheer Society, and that the men are victim of The Succubus, referring to her and the other 2 women. The man tried shuffled his suit to find his gun and tried to shoot Lelia, unknown to him, Lelia had removed the mag when they were in the car. Lelia told him that his time has run out, and that he will die peacefully with 3 beautiful women being the last thing him and the other 2 men would see. Lelia flipped around in the room, knocking the men out and the other 2 women shot the men. Lelia told the girls to loot the pockets of the 3 bodies and to clean up and leave the scene, and this was done in a matter of 1 hour or less.

Police in France discovered the bodies the next morning.

David was pleased with Lelia's performance and told her she is just like her father and that more work has to be done.

Teh Mage can use Ice and teh Fireballs

It wasn't long until she found out about one of David's enemies who has the ability o produce fire, ice and electricity artificially. They fought each other a few times and she had discovered that Mage also went to the US to help out a few times, and he basically revealed to Lelia that she is now an enemy. At this, she began to feel as though Mage knew her friends back in the US.

Visiting old friends

It wasn't long until Lelia broke away from David and the others. She went back to target her friends, who had discovered who had shot her father. She ran into Garret and tried to seduce him, but she failed. The two began to fight each other, with Mia coming in to help Garret. Lelia put up a fight and a good chase for the two, only to be defeated. At this Garret revealed to Lelia that it was a Rogue agent who caused her so much pain. Lelia wanted more information, but Garret told her that he is no longer part of the CIA, and Mia would not tell her anything. Lelia took off, but wanted more answers, and she chose to target Mia in order to get them.

Another time, she was able to find Mia and fight her in order to get the answers from her. She defeats Mia, who told her the agent is arrested and The Animal Pack had been defeated, adding that Lelia could be at peace, knowing the criminal is behind bars. At this moment, Lelia had been driven by her father's influence, and she was well on her way to become a crime boss, with good looks that would get her into anywhere to do her job.

Each encounter she is fighting against Mia, and either one of them is defeated or the fight ends in a draw. Lelia considers this playing with her CIA friends, however, she does not plan on killing them because she thinks her father's influence would push them to see matters her way.

Gaining undercover status, forming a group

Lelia had been on many, many missions, aiding her father. She and her brother Jake managed to form groups of their own and called themselves The Sheer Society, a branch to their father's group. However, the group was lead by their uncle Sherck.

King Sheer Rises

Months later, her father had waken up, parts of his body had metallic parts, not just replacements to damaged body parts, but a system implanted into his body to keep him alive more. He had also went insane and decided that he wants to take his criminal organization to another level.

During the day, Sherck takes care of political and other business, however, at night, their criminal underground takes on jobs and receives items and pay from their members, in addition, gaining help from others they had influenced.

Lelia, and King vs. James Konta

Lelia and her father went to American to talk with 2 scientists, who were rivals against each other. The first being Sarcosa, and the other being Karvner.

during their travels to speak with Karvner, Lelia had been recognized by Mia, and James was with her. King saw that James wields swords so he had his personal sword with him, wanting to play with the boy before he continues his work. Lelia and Mia eyed each other down and decided to fight, only for King to stop the two, telling them to be spectators. King briefly fought James only to be defeated. Lelia attempted to attack James only to be stopped by Mia. King got back up and laugh, stating he likes the boy's style, and wishes for the boy to see matters his way, trying to brainwash James. James replied to King stating that King is crazy, that he knows King is a criminal. King told him that he has no proof of this and goes back to his limousine, telling Lelia to come with him.

Mia had no idea who the man was, but didn't like him. As for James, knowing he won the fight, he was having trouble trying to defeat King in a short period of time, and got lucky with defeating him.

King began talking to Lelia in the car and tells her that if her friends do not cleanse themselves of their blindness, he would want them to be killed, to prevent further interruptions.

Trivia

• Despite her former friends of the CIA, she doesn't attempt to kill them. She often leaves clues of what will happen next, thinking that fighting them is simply playing with them, for she is trying to brainwash them into thinking that her father's worldwide plan is a solution they could agree on, adding that crime will always happen.
• Lelia Sheer is the rival of Noah's sister, Mia Twillinger.
• Lelia Sheer's character and personality is based off of The Baroness from the GI Joe, but she is young.
