Jared, the wise cracking meta human, is a close friend and an early ally to James and company. He possess the ability to generate red electricity from his body to stun or render his foes unconscious. He is able to turn himself into an electrical current. Despite having red lighting generating from his body, it's skin starts to emulate faint red lighting currents visually.
Jared believed he had gotten his abilities during a storm, when he was hit by red lighting during a thunderstorm. Unknown to him, this awakened his abilities inside his body.
