Title: Cursed Sage

The Prophet is a villain who lives in and is the one responsible for sealing off Kohlingen Monastery.

The Light devoured by Darkness

The man was peaceful up until he too had a desire for The Artifact. After the war, a man came into the Monastery, shown the Piece of the Artifact to the Prophet and said people are trying to kill him for it. Soon after this the Prophet attempted to kill the made, injuring him badly, so that he bleed out sooner after. The Prophet started to study the artifact by night and was a glimmer of light by day. Soon it came to a point where dark forces investigated the the area and it's village. Making the Prophet panic. During a funeral, The Prophet attempted to bury the Artifact with the corpse, re-thinking that the artifact may bring the corpse back to life. Later that night, corpse came back to life and became a servant of the Prophet, and was loyal to him. Shocked at this the prophet took the man in and forgot about the Artifact outside. The Prophet became corrupted, sealing off the Monastery and remained within the deepest section inside. The creations of the Prophet spawn a Poe Child, who at times wander within the cemetery at night, however scares people away and other times itself flees after being seen.

Conquest of Darkness

The Prophet aided dark forces behind the scenes with his minion. This made him cross paths with The Sheikah. Among the Sheikah was Barius, who himself fought against Dark Forces and was a young warrior during the war. Barius did his best to pin point the location of The Prophet who he calls The Cursed Sage after the death of Elas, Barius' love, wanting to personally avenge his fallen Sheikah brothers and Sisters and Elas, and also those of are an ally to him.

Opening the Door for The Sick Child of Darkness

Apparently, The Cursed Sage wanted protection, and is willing to open his door to those that are on his side if he senses a dark presence. The spawned Poe befriend the boy named Jeremy and the two became one, creating the wandering monster known as Braizal. After sighting the boy outside, The cursed Sage took him in. Since this was recent, a Sheikah who had been scouting the area took note of this. As for others in the area, they began their search for the boy, however, thought that the ghost in the cemetery took him and discontinued the search.

Later on, Link finds Centro and offered to help him, this led the two into finding The Sheikah Warrior yet again, who aided them gain access inside the Monastery to find the boy.

Fighting The Cursed Sage (Optional Fight)

Link (The player) has a choice to go find Centro after finding the Boss Key, or find The injured Sheikah Warrior to fight the Prophet, who seeks to avenge the fallen in the Prophet's hands.

Finding Centro

After retrieving the Boss key, Link must find Centro who was also inside of the Monastery. Once Centro had been found, Link and Centro proceeds to the final chamber in the Monastery, during this, The injured Sheikah Warrior is seen running to an unknown location on the other-side of where Link and Centro is. After the Fight with Braizal, Link (Player) can leave through the portal or continue to venture the Monastery, eventually finding the unknown room to where 3 battered corpses can be found in the room.

Finding Barius (The Sheikah Warrior)

After retrieving the Boss key, Link must find Centro who was also inside of the Monastery. Link is told not to follow him, however, continuing to follow the Sheikah will bring Link face to face with the Cursed Sage and his minion inside. The fight is very easy and after the defeat of the Sage and his minion, The Shikah awaits there and mourns the lost of his comrades. At this time, Link is can go to the final chamber in the Monastery, with Centro awaiting by the door. Doing so will make The Sheikah Warrior an ally when facing Shad and his forces.

Trivia

  • The Inspiration of The Prophet and his minion was a bit from Sword of Mana's Count Lee and his minion, however, one is influenced by dark ambition and the other had been given a second chance at life to sere The Prophet.
  • The Prophet may have a piece of the artifact in his possession, upon fighting Braizal, The Prophet could have given the piece to him, knowing that Braizal would serve as a protector to him.
