Lady Shade, a fan of The Steel Maiden, turned enemy due to wanting to take her place, resulting in jealous of her status. Lady Shade sports a low tech suit, which isn't much, however, the suit had saved her multiple times in battle. After every defeat, she tries to reflect on her opponents moves and not fall for them the next time. Lady Shade was also among those who had been kidnapped by Black Shadow and saved by TSM at Master Yuk's mansion. Despite this, LAdy Shade became an enemy of TSM regardless of being saved, saying that her life would have been better thanks to Master Yuk.
Lady Shade later joins both The Establishment and The Sheer Society, which are branched gang members, in hopes of taking over various parts of the world, and trying to find and defeat TSM in the process.

Cybernetic Threat in Japan
Terrai herself was part of White Dragon, however, had her own agenda, stealing technologies from Old Japan during the crisis. She later learns of TSM's presence and kept below the radar and continued her work. After James, TSM and company reverted Old Japan back to normal, Lady Shade remained there for a few months, later working for the bio-tech foundation by St. Marc and conducted her own project. She was able to make multiple copies of her suit, and transport it, and the machinery to make it elsewhere. She had been fired, however, successful in her plans.
