Looked at as one of the most recognized figures in France, however, in secret, he works with The Sheer Society, who promised him all of France if their plan becomes successful. David Francois is also extremely handsome, that almost any woman wants to me with him, yet he uses this to his advantage when working with Leila Sheer, who herself dated David, even though they worked with each other. David's appearance, wears all black and red, has long black hair and a light beard. His skin is somewhat pale, and people often jokes he is a vampire. David Francois is also the arch enemy of Mage, a young french hero in Paris. After every encounter, David Francois manages to escape using black smoke bombs he made on his own, thus, he was never wanted or marked as a suspect by French police.

David Francois goal is to become Prime Minister, and aid Sheer Society with the power he will soon have, however, Mage is doing all he can to stop him. In the future, David Francois has finally been stopped by Mage and friends, and is finally jailed, after his escape, he was able to seduce women into joining him, he was able to create a group of hit-man who were women, the first, his former lover, Leila Sheer. The group name was The Succubus.
