The Sarcosa Weapon, was created by Dr. Sarcosa in secret. It was originally suppose to be made by him and Karvner, however, the two split up and decided to do their own thing. The Sarcosa Weapon is pretty much the successor of all of whom Karvner's weapon, Kai, had killed and return the corpses to The Establishment, who secretly gave the corpses to Sarcosa to study them, which resulted in a being, this weapon being formed. The weapon wasn't released until years later down the road, which caused a lot of death and destruction in it's wake, killing most heroes and villains in the process; killing off Jason Konta, Raj and many others, it captured James Konta, who had been imprison for years, and nearly destroying Bianca Ariesus by blowing away her right arm complete, in addition to killing most of the Steel Maiden faction. In the future, it took a New Orleans girl, Jennifer Chronoson, and a group of rebels to try and rescue James Konta, who was still in disbelief of his brother's heroic death and not being able to destroy the object that powers the monster, a reactor, which was, at the time, heavily defended. With this knowledge from James, Jennifer Chronoson escaped the fortress of where James was kept, for The Sarcosa Weapon was well on it's way to stop the intruders, however, Jennifer Chronoson and the others got away.
Jennifer Chronoson was able to send some sort of message to her younger self in the past to aid James and Company fight Sarcosa's Weapon to prevent this bad future.
The Sarcosa Weapon's abilities range from many, many defeated, slain heroes and villains. Since Sarcosa is an old man, he secretly declared himself better than his former friend, Karvner, by surpassing, going beyond the limits with his latest creation and his successor.
