Garret Marino, a swordsman, trainer and former CIA agent, decided to continue Akhiro's legacy in America, eventually forming a team with James Konta to stop criminals in America. He befriends James and many others, seeing them as brothers and sisters to him. During his days as a young CIA trainee, he met with James' cousin, eventually leaving the CIA to find his own path.
