Gorptee Amira is the late king of New Soli'Dad City. He fought an illness for quite sometime and accept his fate, knowing that not everyone can live forever, and informs his family and people not to worry if he is to pass.
His passing not only brought sadness, but strengthen the Del'Sol Province, and other locations around it.
