Hector V. Sweets III, ill tempered, multi-personality and quite sensitive gang leader of the Sweets Gang. The crazed man was able to trick people to join his gang, one of his notable members was J-Myare, who quickly turn on him because Sweets had targeted the homeless people. Another member was Hidden, and Indian American Teenager who had been tricked by him, however, like J-Myare, he too was able to break away from Sweets Gang. He got his shot for power after the fall of The Animal Pack.

Trivia

• This character was inspired by Chiwetel Ejiofor character in Four Brothers, Victor Sweets. Looking exactly like the actor, only with a bread and dreadlocks.
• Hector Sweets always wear one color of anything, mainly wearing only black and or only white.
• Hector himself is a gang lord, who specializes in stolen technology, drugs, and weapons. Unknown to him, he sells items to a young man calling himself the Scottish Kid (Kaddak).
• Hector was able to manipulate J-Mayre into stealing for his gang and lies to him saying how the police are harming the homeless people, who J-Mayre care for so dearly.
• Among Hector's weaponry, he owns a job, strong enough to injury/slow down James if he is to shoot him, however, the ammunition isn't strong enough to penetrate the rib-cage, head or back of a Red Clan Dragni, but it is capable of damaging slightly less durable body parts such as the arms and legs.
• Hector is someone who wants everything, even if his members has something, he is ready to take it by force.
• Hector is the last person to show up to a fight, in order to not get arrested.
