Lelia was part of the CIA and eventually she had met with Garret and Twillinger, having a bit of a crush on Garret before he took his leave. She was more of a computer and Intel personnel and at times she was sent with other members to cover an area if there is some sort of disturbance.
One mission included going to France, the group she was in was charged to guard a French Diplomat in Paris, during that time, she met with and David Francois, an irresistible French model. When she came back, she received a letter from her father, who had almost been assassinated in London, and requests to leave immediately. She had to rush back to London after quitting the CIA.
