Makoshi was the one responsible for mistakening James as a member of The White Dragon, even going as far as to catch him when he had escaped from his holdings. She had her men raise force-fields around the perimeter, stopping any means of escape or entry, cornering James in the process. In the end she was defeated, however, her father told her to let James go, as he could be the one trying to stop the mysterious virus in Old, Japan.
