Minda, a Twili refugee, now lives in Novos Orsa alongside the other Twili who escaped. Despite her connection to NADI's champion, which is her brother, she feels as though her brother cane be saved, however, many think of her as crazy saying that a man who slaughtered half a race isn't able to change back to normal. Minda decides herself to go on a journey to find out if there is a way to revert Macellrius back after such a long time under NADI's dominion.
