Peter Luis Wentzil III is a musician, turned villain when he had The Establishment play around with his head. He was tasked to send a message to James, turning Kai'Talos against him in the process. He also meta human, having the ability to literally ghost in and out of places, leaving a still image of himself somewhere until he is to reappear, doing this on purpose to throw his foes off track, however, can only teleport really short distances.
