Roga is a Garo who watches over the people of Stelio, awaiting for Illrigal, the threat of the desert to strike so that he can seek Illrigal out and defeat him. He is often accompanied by his younger apprentice, Dorian.

Saving Link

Link had been saved by Roga and the other Garo's at the base of the Old City. Upon reawakening, Roga awaits Link and tells him of his plan on saving the Princess. While his men attacked from the outside, Roga and the others will sneak inside to Illrigal's chambers. Roga didn't like the fact that Link was here to help him, however, seeing how Link is determined to save Ameera, just like Dorian, he temporarily invites Link into the Garo Robe.

Escaping the old city

Roga doesn't communicate with Link and the others after Illrigal's defeat, however, he accompanies his Garo Master, Stelio, who is fighting off the confused Garos who sided with Illrigal.
