Vitarius Me'Lion is the older twin sibling to Fe'lora Me'Lion. Vitarius Me'Lion is also a contract killer, a hit-man who wanted to grow with his skills and eventually he joined The White Dragon. When Japanese SWAT stormed St. Marc II's High-Rise estate, Vitarius Me'Lion had to fight them, eventually falling back only to continue the fight he had started after he permanently crippled a SWAT team member, Zanato, after throwing him into a metal wall.
