Vitarius Me'Lion is the older twin sibling to Fe'lora Me'Lion. Vitarius Me'Lion is also a contract killer, a hit-man who wanted to grow with his skills and eventually he joined The White Dragon. He was responsible for training some of their members and he was the mastermind in almost tricking SWAT to have them gun down false White Dragon members, which would have been successful, if SWAt had not discovered the girl in the estate's garden.

High-rise shootout, death and legacy

When Japanese SWAT stormed St. Marc II's High-Rise estate, Vitarius Me'Lion had to fight them, eventually falling back only to continue the fight he had started after he permanently crippled a SWAT team member, Zanato, after throwing him into a metal wall. He joins his sister against SWAT, eventually ended up fighting another SWAT member alone, Lance, until he was fatally shot slightly above his belly mouth by Ayumi Saito.

He wasn't able to heal this time due to the bullet, made specifically for killing Dragnis had slow down his healing factor and he began to bleed out. He made one last say, about his own will and because of Japanese law at the time, SWAT is to comply to his will.

He eventually died after his sister, who was already been dead minutes before him. The bodies of the twins were eventually vaporized and scatter into the ocean. Vitarius and his sister's DNA had been used to create a cyborg with it's own AI, configured in such a way to reflect Vitarius' personality and traits with that of his sisters. The gentlemen, that is mistaken to be a human is the legacy of the twins, Boshiku of The White Dragon.
