The story
The Legend of Zelda: New Beginnings also known as Fusion Gate or Adventure of Link II, takes place a few days after Majora's Mask. Link stumbles unsuspectingly to a land known as Novos Orsa, which acts as a bridge between Hyrule and Termina. Link's problems get bigger as he later learns about a dark Artifact from the Twilight Realm that has placed the good and the bad in a wild goose chase to collect the broken Artifact. Before trying to head back to Hyrule, Link meets counterpart named Sane who explained a bit more about the true power of this artifact and his theory of how it was created. After this Link accompanied Sane and those who seek the Artifact in order to rid Orsa those who trouble it. Unaware to Link and the others, a group known as New Aged Dark Interlopers (NADI) is also seeking the artifact, using it to break a curse of their so called leader known as Macellrius, a young prisoner of war from the Twilight Realm.
The Dark Artifact
The dark artifact is an ominous tool used in old Twilight Realm wars. It was destroyed and transferred out by the Genneth who died in battle to Macellrius. The jewel was transferred to Novos Orsa and shattered about. Twilit refugees spoke of this jewel, causing some to wonder and go search for it. This has created some people to go against others to seek out this dark power and claim it as their own. The only known person to have the jewel, well in Link’s eyes, is Sane, who contained the small bits of dark energy from corrupting him. Sane informed Link that the jewel can be used for good instead of evil, and asked Link to seek out the other jewels for him. Despite Sane’s agenda, Link himself wants to figure out how ominous the jewel truly is due to hearing it is from the Twilight Realm.
Characters
Link - In this game, Link appears as one of the primary characters of the game. Just like in Ocarina of Time and Majora’s Mask, Link is capable of using several of his former and new found abilities to use on his journey. Link encounters a talking moblin by the name of Mobi, who challenged Link to battle. Sadly Link loses and is taken captive along with Mobi's other captured victims. Link ends up meeting Gemmy who was stalking Mobi's group into the underground. After Gemmy's battle with the weaken Mobi, the underground began to collapse, resulting in Link breaking out of his cell to help Gemmy free the other victims and escape through a broken tunnel within the underground. The two escaped further into the forest only to be stopped by Mobo, the brother of Mobi, who apparently defeated the weary Link and Gemmy, the end result was that the two must jump down the waterfall and hopefully reach safety. Hours later, Link awakens in the Orlo Gale Forest, Deku Village.
Gemmy Greenstone - In this game, Gemmy appears as one of the primary characters and an ally Link first encounters. Gemmy attempts to rescue Link from the Moblin hideout, only to find out Link didn't need the help to escape, resulting in Link saving Gemmy from the collapsing underground. Gemmy reason for traveling into the Lost Woods was to seek out his obnoxious cousin, who took Gemmy's sister and horse along with her, probably to prove her point.
Kafei - One of the characters from Majora's Mask, he makes an appearance and helps Link a number of times in the story. He ends up Lost in the Woods after chasing Sakon, who sought revenge on Clock Town, which resulted in him finding Kafei. Kafei was accompanied by Skull Kid who took him into the woods in order to flee from Sakon and his new found hooded ally. After the fight with Sakon and the hooded figure, Kafei took on an illness and to make matters worse, the two were lost. Kafei fell asleep, while Skull Kid carried him through out the woods, finding a town to rest in.
Sane A mysterious young man, who is very much like Link in so many ways. He travels the land of Orsa in search of the Artifacts in order to bring peace and order to the land. Sane appearance mirrors Link, however, he baers an eye patch to cover his ruined eye, wears a white and black robe and carries 2 swords. Sane's hair is long and is dyed blonde, his real hair color is black.
Sane's Past From bits and pieces of stories Link had heard, Sane was a traveling with a man, who after accomplishing his goal, he attempted to assassinate Sane when he was young, the man had failed, resulting in Sane apparently losing his eye. Sane was near death and is saved by a Korikian Girl, who cared for him and kept a watchful eye over him, thanks to her, Sane is still alive, however, his memory is dead gone. There is more about Sane and his origin when Link discovers his Korikian Friend.

A cocky Moblin who challenged and defeated Link in the very beginning, resulting in Link appearing to Novos Orsa. He forces Link to fight by making Epona run away, leaving Link behind, it was later reveal, Mobi sold Epona to a farmer. Once Link was defeated, he was roped up with the other prisoners of Mobi and taken to the Moblin Underground. At this time, Link slowly removed his ropes and attempt to escape, only to have Gemmy show up, who stalked and defeated the weaken Mobi. Gemmy explains to Link that a hooded figure had cause the underground to collapses, and at this very moment Link aids Gemmy escape with the other prisoners. Mobi managed to run away with his remain crew into the forest. The Moblin was scolded by his hood master, and parted ways with him, only to seek a rematch with Link from time to time, eventually, becoming an annoying rival of Link and Co.

Braizal
A shadowy manifestation that has taken over the life of a young boy by the name of Jeremy. Braizal roams Kohlingen Cemetery and has broken into the Monastery and hid himself there, awaiting for the one he calls "Father" to join with him, it seems he was referring to the Twilit Monster by the name of Okari. Braizal before this was Jeremy's imaginary friend, most likely a Poe that hung out with him at the cemetery. Braizal and Jeremy stumbled upon a man who showed up one day and ran off after going insane, the man left behind a piece of the artifact and Jeremy took it. Jeremy, during Link's adventure takes on an illness and is near death. Braizal feared he may lose his friend so he brought Jeremy to the cemetery to play for probably the last time, only to their surprise, the jewel joined the two of them, and shrouded them with dark powers. The shadowy human child is now deemed Braizal, and haunts the cemetery, and is the one responsible for breaking into the Monastery. Oddly enough, Braizal should have terrorized the village without Okari's help, but it seems, that someone inside the Monastery is keeping him there, and it is not the poe. Link hears of Jeremy from a Shiekah warrior by the name of Barius, and he informs Link the boy is being protected by a false sage inside the Monastery. So Link joins Barius in saving Jeremy from inside the abandon Monastery, only to be trapped there until what is keeping them there is defeated.

In life, all he wanted to do was avenge his brother's death by finding and using the artifact against evil doers dubbed NADI. He managed to aid a group of thieves find a piece of the jewel, only to kill them where they stood, however, Mal'Rocher didn't know about their pursuers. He ate the jewel and climbed BlackRock only to be cornered and kileld by the human and Gorons that chased him. His corpse was suppose to be brought back and buried until he somehow came back to life. The reanimated Mal'Rocher attacked and literally ate a human guard alive, only to be stopped by the Gorons, horrified of what has happened to him. The Undead Goron was bonded in chains and wrappings and brought back up the mountain side and sealed away within Old BlackRock City and forgotten. There were rumors of those in search of the Jewel died by and eaten by Mal'Rocher, who to this day still remains within the forgotten city under the snowy mountains of BlackRock. In Game, Link convinced The BlackRock Gorons to lead him to Mal'Rocher in order to extract the jewel from him. Link is warned, as the Goron leader think of Link's task a suicide mission. He also informs Link the beast is immortal and cannot be killed, but after speaking with Genneth earlier, Link new what he had to do to defeat Mal'Rocher.

Areas
BellBrooke Province
This province includes BellBrooke Town and BellBrooke Fields. Parts of Orlo Gale, along with BlackRock are located in this province. This area suffered from bandit activity and a small mutation situation involving something as a potential link to The Dark Artifact.
Orlo Gale Forest, also a home to the Dekus, is a forest zone in which Link awakes in. The homes were made by Dekus, as for the house structures were built by humans who use to live in the Forest. The Forest Cavern is located there and it was once a refuge to Gorons living there among the Dekus until it was abandon, leaving an infamous item behind. Orlo Gale Forest is famous for its wonder waterfall that connects to The Lost Woods, and the Grasin Grove located East of the Summit. The mysterious Grasin Grove is a large forest maze. It is unknown of what lies within the maze, however, books found in Orlo Gale’s mini library contains bits of information about this place.
BellBrooke’s most famous location is Flora Town. People usually go there to enjoy the scenery and stay for the night at the Florabed Inn. Flora Town also has a placed connected to it known as Flora Town Farm. This is where Link can locate Epona, who was taken in by the owner, who secretly plans on selling her off in an auction unless Link either (A.) attend the auction to rescue Epona or (B.) enter the Owner’s house at night and risk stealing the key to Epona’s cage, Link has only 3 attempts to do this as said by Uncle Ben, who works at the farm, failing 3 times will result in Uncle Ben being fired.
BlackRock is a mountain like area, which is a home to a small group of Gorons. There Link is able to upgrade a few of his weapons and buy materials for making upgrades. Link is also able to attend some games the Gorons like to play. The Goron Mask is also located here.
BellBrooke Town is a small village area located West of BellBrooke Forest and Flora Town. Not much, can be found here, however, the brilliant mind named Talos lives there.

Demo Information
Demo v 0.2 As mention before the early version of the game so far. It was created in Dlbrooks33's LTTP Engine before it was later merge on with the BG Engine ha made. The result of the merge expanded to 3 instead of 2. Also giving Link and update on thrusting and wall bouncing, etc.
Demo v 0.6 Was only given to a selected few to test it out for bugs and such. It wasn't that superior to demo v0.2, however, the updated changes made it better then what it was previously. Plus this demo introduced the first few enemies in game, Blind Jr, Dasum, and Dark Link (Riku). Deku Link was introduced in this version as well.
Demo v 0.8 The focus here was building the locations in game, mainly some of the bigger areas. Also enemies have been added to the roster. Link's other form was out into play minus the graphics, Zora Link.
Demo v 1.1
The latest demo was tested by a selected few, and as always, the progress is still going, however, it is still in a steady pace, most likely, graphic wise.
A modified version of the engine, which includes more weapons, quests and enemies. It also includes the advance choice system whereas the player's choices and actions depicts the outcome of NPCs and or items in game.
Gog has been changed: Instead of a Poe Alien, he is now a Pirate, however, the item is still present. The item gives the player abilities to wall through certain walls to get to unreachable areas. Enemies have been modified to they go attack the nearest target instead of a single unit.
Cut-Scenes have been improved, they look smoother than before, just temporarily removed animation of NPCs during them. Game Over Events needs a bit of work, but it is working fine. Save system has been changed to match that of what is seen in Pokemon games, such as New Game, Continue, etc. Saving can only be done 2 ways now, by Save Owl and or sleeping at an Inn. Save Owls are rare and can only be activate during certain accomplishments.
Black Ice has been added, and or the freezing of players and or enemies. Still need to fix it up a bit more for enemies however. Goodnight's Time System has been upgraded.
